Guidance from the Home Secretary to ARA's Director

Section 2(5) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 requires the Director of ARA to have regard to any guidance given by the Home Secretary. On 7 February 2005 the Home Office Minister Caroline Flint MP, on behalf of the Home Secretary, issued
revised guidance to the Director.
