Since its beginnings in December 2002 the Enforcement Task Force (ETF), working closely with the Magistrates’ Courts, has recovered almost £52 million from over 820 defendants as a result of successfully enforcing pre – POCA (Proceeds of Crime Act) confiscation orders.
