CONCERTED INTER-AGENCY FINANCES ACTION GROUP (CICFA)- CICFA was launched in 2002 as a non-statutory, multi-agency group to co-ordinate the work of all participants in asset recovery work. Members include ACPO, Assets Recovery Agency, Crown Prosecution Service, Department for Constitutional Affairs, HM Courts Service, HM Revenue & Customs, Revenue Customs Prosecution Office, Financial Services Authority, Home Office, HM Treasury and many other partners.
